There are several reasons why it should be to your advantage to ask us to negotiate the deal on your behalf and  manage the sale process through to Completion:
  • We have a great deal of experience doing so and while to assume radical increases in an offer is to underestimate the buyer, there are very often several ‘tricks of the trade’ which can sweeten the deal for the seller.
  • Due diligence is a stressful process for the seller and having an experienced head to help see the wood for the trees is invaluable.
  • It is unusual for there not to be the odd hiccup on the road between Heads of Terms & Completion. Having us sit between buyer and seller helps to keep waters calm and protect the relationship between buyer and seller.
  • Keep the process on track. Once a deal has been reached, time is not the seller’s friend – we work to minimise the time between Heads of Terms & Completion.
